Wonderful perspective...and of course, wonderful treatment. I, too, like how you captured the lifted leg, but I really love the lopsided/crooked hood...very boyish. Brilliant job.

I love the purposefulness in this image -- the sense of exploration as you say. You can really feel it (as opposed to just seeing it). Well done.
