@Ruchi: Thank you!...but actually no...it's kinda involved...but I first work in lightroom (files in raw format) adjust wb and tint first, then adjust exposure, fill light, blacks in tone section (to bring out clouds), initial sharpening...export to photoshop CS3 (jpg) for more processing using layers (warm photo filter, duplicate layer of background with soft light then blurring the adjustment layer to get softness) and adjusting levels overall then final sharpening. let me know if you want more info :)
